Barney and Friends

Barney was created in the year of 1987 by a woman named Sheryl Leach.  Children who are ages 2 through 8 absolutely adore Barney, because he is funny and teaches kids how to make friends. This is a family friendly show that even the parents can enjoy. Barney is unlike any other show on TV because this time, it isn’t a cartoon. Barney comes in the form of a dinosaur except this time – he is not vicious. This is one of the friendliest purple dinosaurs you would ever get to meet. After all, the rest of them are extinct! There are four different costumes you can pick up online or offline. However, since so many of them sell out before anyone gets a chance to look them over, we recommend going online to buy. They currently have Barney Costumes, Baby Bop Costumes, BJ Costumes, and Riff Costumes. Barney is known as the one who walks around singing “Yankee Doodle”, while Baby Bop loves singing “My Little Yellow Blankey”. Actually, she is a green three year old Triceratops and the sister of BJ. Her brother, BJ is often found wearing his red hat with a pair of oversized sneakers. If you plan on dressing up as BJ, be sure to bring the hat because everyone knows him by this particular red hat. Another great Halloween costume for the Barney crew is the “Riff” costume. He is a Hadrosaur and he really enjoys music. You can easily get the suit for this character and walk around with a fake guitar, as he is often seen carrying his guitar around.
